If I could give 5 stars, I would. Had a very tasty dinner here. They had several vegan options, I chose the vegan fricasse. The waitress came with a appetizer but before putting it on the table she asked you 're vegan, right? and I answered yes. She then came back with a vegan appetizer (bread with vegan creme fraiche). The staff was very friendly and funny, the place had a bit of a luxury feeling. We both had a main course and a drink and this was about 70CHF in total.
Although this is not a fully vegan restaurant, they have reserved a full page for vegan options on their menu. eating was fantastic. we have a pasta dish with cashew cream sauce and local vegan cheese, and a gnocchi type potato dumping dish with cashew cream and sweet, plus the suppening (creamy chestnut and a butternut quesh soup). it was expensive, but it is a full of finer culinary experience with wine service and attentive waiting staff.

We was trying all three positions from the menu beyond Burger and Swiss brands Planted chicken and New Roots cheeses. I know all the products, because they are available in supermarkets in Switzerland. Anyway that was a very good fine dining and high quality service. Delicious compositions. It's a very unique place.
