I have been going to this spot since they opened but the customer service has gone way way WAY down hill. I work in the area and this is one of the healthier options for lunch so order delivery a lot. I have gone in person but the wait times are pretty lengthy even when the place is totally empty so I decided to put in an order for pick up through door dash. When I ordered the pick up time was over an hour later which I find unacceptable for a smoothy bowl and a Cesar salad with croutons and extra dressing, so once I saw how long it would take I tried to cancel through the app, unfortunately I was told that my order was being prepared and I couldn 't cancel. This place is one of the few healthy places in the area. Unfortunately Acai hangout has fallen short of the high prices they charge. I tried an Acai smoothie a few weeks ago and I was pleased. It was thick and satisfying. However I went today and they decided to make the smoothie into a juice, and the consistency is no where near it was when I first tried it. It was thin and had a few pieces of ice in it lol. The clerk claimed that the person probably put too much in my drink before. I left this place feeling like I got gypped. Maybe they are trying to save money but Acai Hangout gets 2 thumbs down for today!
Honestly better than Playa Bowls!!! Authentic Brazilian with a crazy variety of drizzles (Nutella, peanut butter, condensed milk, almond butter, etc . You can also choose your granola (plain, blueberry, or mixed which has nuts and raisins and is my FAVORITEEEEE. you can also choose your base (Açai, pitaya, or banana I like pitaya it's sweeter than Açai. They also sell burger there along with chicken and pork sandwiches. Fried are very good! I do not recommend getting it delivered it doesn't taste great melted!
My new favorite açaí place!!! The açaí is SO creamy and flavorful. You can really taste it. Not watery or icy like many other places. Truly a place to go for Brazilians to enjoy!! Meu novo ougar preferido para comer açaí! O açaí estava cremoso DEMAIS e muito saboroso. Não estava aguada sem gosto e nem cheio de gelo. Melhor lugar para brasileiros comer açaí. E ainda tem cupuaçu! Algo raro aqui!

if you want to find açai that taste straight from Brazil, this is the place to be! They have authentic and good quality açai! Amazing customer service and reasonable wait time. They make the açai the way you want it!! They have different fruits and drizzles to put on your açai Definitely would recommend to others.
I love this place food is amazing! Price is nice if you go with friends. The food was splendid! Customer service is excellent! I will most definitely be returning.
It wasn't what I thought. It was a bowl full of chocolate and coconut, I wouldn't recommend the açaí bowls, just go have some desert. Heard the salads are better.

I love it here! Everything is tasty and fresh. The customer service is pretty good too, they're very nice and patient.
