We were staying for a couple of nights in Hazebrouck. The hotel had a bar but the owner seemed reluctant to open it we decided to go into the Market square in Hazebrouck. Standing with your back against the council building the Abbaye Grimbergen is in the far left hand corner. The Abbaye was friendly and as we made our best effort to order some drinks with our pidgin french the bar man didn’t make us feel intimidated.
