I want to express my gratitude to Abtei Hats, especially Nathan, for delivering a delicious Chinese meal that was on time, beautiful, and piping hot. What stood out the most was the outstanding service we received when inquiring about gluten-free options. The guidance we received was incredibly helpful and clear. I also appreciated the additional information provided by the supplier regarding gluten-free ingredients.

This was my first order from here, and it certainly won't be my last. Everything we had was delicious! We ordered the duck chow menu, kung pao king prawn, and pork satay, along with two different types of fried rice. All the dishes were incredibly tasty, and the delivery was surprisingly early, especially considering we live at the very edge of the delivery area.

Consistently high standards! We ordered our usual meal again this evening after a break. The service was excellent, from the ordering process to delivery. To top it all off, they’re a business that accepts cash, which is great. Thank you!

After reading the other reviews, I'm uncertain about their practices regarding cross-contamination. However, I dined here last night and had no issues! Just to clarify, I have an intolerance, not celiac disease.

This place doesn't feel safe. Please don't be misled by the reviews. I ordered plain rice and found egg noodles mixed in. I'm not sure what to think.
