There was nothing available for purchase as the owner was next door at the Polash. The fish, although large in appearance, was surprisingly small, and my concerns were brushed off when I brought it up. When I weighed it at home, it was just over 3 ounces, making the £10 price for the fish and chips unacceptable. The serving staff were attentive and seemed to agree with my complaint, but not wanting to make a scene, I chose to leave and I won’t be coming back.
Unfortunately, we ordered two large cod and one large portion of chips, but the fish was rather small and dry, and the chips tasted like they were leftover from lunchtime. The meal wasn't cheap, but it all ended up in the trash. It's a shame because the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this place.
Local chicken shop that do really good chicken and fries. Sauce is very tasty. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the corn felt a bit too soft and not as tasty and fresh as I would’ve wanted. Otherwise I am very happy with service and food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the worst fish and chips I've had in a long time. I usually go to Coney Hill, but it was closed. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it cost around £10–20 per person.
