I dined at Abe's Hideout for the first time last night with a new date, and we definitely made a good choice! The atmosphere was lovely, there was ample parking, and the place was spotless. The food was fantastic! Our waitress, a petite young woman with dark hair and glasses (I'm sorry I can't remember her name), was the best server I've encountered in years. Thank you for making our dinner so enjoyable! I'm sure we'll be back.
Cool bar, large dining area. The waitress shouts and gets too close I'd like my meal, hold the Covid, please... Thick chicken breasts, if you're into that. Thick mayo based coleslaw, if you're into that. Fish was great. Food came fast. We enjoyed it, and will return again!
The food is excellent! The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and fantastic! The restaurant is always very clean, and I always enjoy coming here. There's plenty of parking available, and the menu is great.

Our server was very upbeat and friendly. The grilled catfish was terrible. I think it was off, but they made it right, removed it from my bill. The restuarant has friendly staff.
Was in Springfield with my kids for the weekend and stumbled across this restaurant, as it was the only non-chain one we can find in the area.
