I never had Ethiopian food, and it was amazing. So tasteful and delicious. The pattern plate is a great option because you try many different things. Sidenote, the bread is surprisingly filling so cautious!! I thought I would die after eating too much Also the Ethiopian spice tea is part of the best black tea I've ever had. Very recommended

It's very happy we stopped at Rochester today. We sat immediately, the ambience is cozy and casual. The staff is very nice and helpful with menu questions. We ordered the vegetarian combination plate that it was amazing! Would definitely come back. Also worth mentioning are the great prices!

Abyssinia has delicious food and I love especially the Veg Combo plate. You choose 5 of the vegetarian entree options and they will give you your own dish with injera, so there will not mix with any meat that your dining room can have ordered companions.
