Food here is pretty good, and drinks are fairly priced. The service was absolutely horrendous. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. It wasn’t the waitresses fault. They just didn’t have enough staff, and kept seating the waitress. The management needed to stop seating tables because it was getting ridiculous and everyone was getting frustrated. Very frustrating to spend my money waiting for 45 minutes to get a check
We went here today for Valentine's Day and it was excellent. Jeremy was our server/bartender and he was so on top of everything we could've needed. Wonderful service. The other staff were also very kind and friendly, too! The food was excellent. I had a chicken salad, and my wife had the dos combo with relleno and tamale. Delicious! Highly recommend!
We had lunch on 1/6/24. Our server was Jailen. Jailen was FANTASTIC. She was very sweet, attentive and did such a wonderful job. Our food and drinks were correct and prompt. Everything was great! We love Acapulco and their queso sauce. We will definitely be back!
Was there during happy hour (on a Friday) for a friend's birthday gathering, and bartender/server Jeremy knocked it out of the park!! He was very friendly, attentive and always made sure everyone was happy!! All of us were very appreciative of Jeremy's efforts! Reserva una mesa ahora
I hosted a baby shower in the banquet room, they let us come in early to set up and constantly asked if we needed anything. The food was amazing and plentiful, and our server Laura was an absolute star. Thank you for making it so easy to host an event!!!
The food is good and also a good value. They have pulltabs if your into that The service is usually great at the table but lately have been waiting forever for the check. Not sure why that is.
Busy night but the server was hustling around his area keeping glasses filled, getting orders and double checking so everyone got what they needed. And the food was great, again!
