Acapulcos Mexican Family Cantina

THEY SERVED ME ROTTEN FOOD:We’ve always loved Acapulcos in Beverly and have ordered from them probably over 200 times over the years. We live nearby in Beverly and have for roughly 10 years. However, today my takeout order included a chile relleno that was clearly putrid. It smelled unmistakably rotten, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was fundido queso. Not the case: one bite confirmed it was putrid. I was at a school fundraiser with about 60 other people and passed it around; every single one of them was horrified that Acapulcos would serve something so evidently rotten. We made a reservation for a party of 12, but when we arrived, there was no record of it. Despite this, they were able to seat our group, which was appreciated. However, the service was extremely poor. They didn't inquire about drinks, clear used dishes, and when we asked for change, the staff at the front desk and bar were very rude. Our bill came out to almost $500. The food was alright, but the service was one of the worst we've ever encountered. This restaurant needs to reevaluate their customer service standards. This experience was so negative that we will not be returning.

screeching children, chile verde schwein was soou over boiled, chips should come with pico de gallo free because the dippingsalsa does not fit everyone. eat and drinks overpriced. staff semi-attentive but friendly. Chicken fajita sandwich dry still had taste...used to go back to acapulco in marina del rey waaay, when chain first began, and was too many over the years. I'd think they'd be better. a few tweaks and they could possibly go a very good Mexican-American place....hope so!!!!

We placed an online order and picked up our meals tonight. I made specific requests and used polite language, asking for sour cream and guacamole to be kept separate as they usually come mixed together. Unfortunately, three of the meals did not include sour cream or guacamole at all, and the fourth meal had them combined in one container. It's a small detail, but missing these items did affect the overall meal experience. Despite this, the food we did receive was good.

zelt after acapulcos in beverly with my wife for an early dinner. sa at the bar, which was quite busy and our barkeeper guiermo (sorry, if I messed up the writing) was fantastic. very attentive and has not missed a beat, even if he had a man who carried out eating and drinks, eating was great and he has always checked to make sure we were happy. will definitely be back.

I just went with my family to have some diner,, the waitress was kinda rude at the beginning...... the food ugh let's say another tex-mex flavor ,,, as real Mexican I would say you have to be nice and polite to everyone,,.. por que la gente Mexicana se caracteriza por su amabilidad y hospitalidad algo que no ofrecen en este lugar al menos Para mi y mi familia

The experience at this restaurant would have been pleasant if the staff had taken our drink order promptly, and not interrupted my dinner to clear my plate after only four bites. It is disappointing that common courtesy seemed to be lacking during this visit.

We ordered a group lunch. Very dissatisfied with my meal. Chicken fajita is a classic meal. The chicken was dry, the beans were bland and tasteless, the veggies were frozen, not fresh. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

super friendly staff. waitress. eating was on the table fast and piping hot. the quality of the meal was solid. decent, strong house margaritas. would be eating there again.

Since I've been here, I came with the family. we have apps and entrees. eating was good, at a reasonable price. the staff was helpful and polite. we have enjoyed
