I ate breakfast, dinner and lunch in the restaurant, as I had a 3 day stay in the hotel. The main purpose of the visit was to attend a wedding and despite the large numbers (over 150) both the quality of the food and the service were excellent. I do not know the name of the dish, but the day after the wedding, lunch comprised lamb legs and ribs suspended over a charcoal fire, which were exceptionally good. Apparently, it is a Basque specialty.
