Aedaen Place - Reservar una mesa

As a vegetarian, I wouldn’t come back or recommend going to Aedaen. The sign out front said they’d have a veggie burger, but when we ordered, the waiter first didn’t even know about the veggie burger, and then simply said they don’t have it (no explanation, he didn’t ask the kitchen for information, no “we ran out of ingredients” or the like). The restaurant only had two vegetarian options on the menu: a plate of vegetables and a “Thai inspired” rice salad. I ordered the rice dish (as I thought it would be more filling) but that was definitely the wrong choice. I was served a small portion of ice cold rice, and although it was neatly arranged in a flat circle, there was no sauce on or vegeta...

Even though the food was really good, it took 20 minutes to order it. Once we were finished, the waiter avoided us twice even after seeing my sign and confirming it with his head. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we had to go to the bar to pay... other tables, too. Either they work this way and have no intention of making it known, or the service is terrible... Pitty, it could have been a great restaurant...

Be careful, even if you book, you may not get a seat. We drove from Colmar to have brunch here, and had a booking. But we were told it was full on arrival !

Really nice and cozy place for breakfast and brunch (make sure you book for brunch; it’s popular) swift service, good food, various choices.

Beautiful place, excellent service and they had the good will to adapt the veggie option into a vegan option
