We enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was quite good, but the overall experience was somewhat diminished by the poor quality of the environment. We were seated in the lounge area where a business meeting was taking place; while we didn't mind that, the entire space felt uninviting. It would have been better if a separate area had been designated for afternoon tea, as we weren't the only guests present. Additionally, a proper tablecloth would have elevated the look of our table, making the experience feel more special and enjoyable. The afternoon was enjoyable, but I fear the lack of ambiance took away from the charm.
The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is enjoyable as well. However, the downside was the bright light from the parking lot that shone into the room all night long. Additionally, my husband ordered a steak and requested it to be cooked slowly to well-done, but it arrived tough, overcooked, and had a flavor reminiscent of old oil. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3, the service a 5, and the location a 5.
Room was freezing on the arrival, heating only in bathroom. Air con not working properly. Room clean . Zero star for service. Not have a breakfast cos been accuse I didn't pay on front of other guests. Very unprofessional. : needed start my course with no breakfast. Rooms: No heating. I attended a meeting at this venue, and the meeting room was quite cold throughout the day. The host mentioned that this has been a recurring issue. However, the restaurant food was excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would rate the rooms as 4, the service as 4, and the location as 4.

The hotel is a little plain from the outside but inside its really nice, clean and well presented. The rooms are a good size and the beds were nice and comfortable. We didnt eat in the restaurant but the location of this hotel is ideal and its really easy to find and park here. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
