Afternoon Tea At Stapleford Park

Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing. The sandwiches where dry and tasteless and the cakes were soggy. On the plus side the scones were delicious. The staff seemed miserable and not particularly attentive. It’s such a shame as the building and views across the fields...

3 x 1 inch in width Sandwiches were small and just okay the scone was the smallest and most tasteless I have ever tried. Also the tiny cakes were not good. The cost I think was disgustingly high £46 per person that included a cup of tea and a prosseco an absolute rip off !!!

Came here for my birthday and was not disappointed! Beautiful hotel and grounds, and afternoon tea was simply wonderful, the food was amazing and almost too pretty to eat! Very friendly staff too, felt very spoilt! Will definitely come again.

We we’re staying and decided to indulge in scones and tea . The scones were delicate so soft . Served with home made jam and clotted cream . Staff friendly and surrounding pretty

Very nice and plenty of choice, staff were very friendly and attentive. Looked lovely with Christmas decorations up.
