Afternoon Tea @ The Northumberland Arms

Our party was a group of 6 friends getting together for the first time in 3+ years one couple visiting from the USA The food drink and service were excellent unfortunately it was extremely noisy in the bar area where we were seated probably due to the presence of a very noisy raucous group sat at the bar Having said that it would not discourage the 4 locals of us returning soon

The Northumberland Arms is a lovely place for a small meal or full dinner. There is a range of tables in different parts of the building. It is very dog-friendly (essential in Northumberland, which is pretty much the dog capital of the world! . We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Their lamb is exceptional. Everything else is great, too.

Another delicious meal with excellent service. We did have to wait for some time for our meal, but this reflects the quality of the freshly prepared food- and it was a Saturday night. This is a lovely place to enjoy a very high quality menu and highly recommended.
