What made everything fantastic was the experience itself. The waitress and servers assist were phenomenal turns out they were brand new . The owner was there helping, and it’s clear that his passion for great service transcends throughout the staff. The steps of service were well timed , and while I felt like my chicken wasn’t cooked enough personal tastes it was by no means raw) I asked the server to have the cook throw the chicken on the grill for a little longer and they actually made me a whole new dish . Ordered take out thinking i'd grab a quick bite of Italian. Grilled chicken fettuccine...pretty hard to mess that up. Straight to the point, it was not good. But the owner made it right. The positives...great location, excellent menu. Kind of a divey old Italian joint vibe. The kind of place you really want to be delicious. To be fair, dining is is probably an entirely different experience.

The most amazing Italian food hands down! Service is excellent and although it can take a bit to get the food, the food is worth the wait. I order from here and have eaten here many times. it is a favorite. I can't say enough good things about them. They have amazing meals, love the sides, and the desserts are divine. I am trying to try the entire menu Lol.

The staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful, even though they were short-staffed. The menu was unique and not something you see often, but the options were limited. Augustino was excellent - five stars! The service and atmosphere were outstanding. The head server was very friendly and professional. John was also very friendly and informative, sharing a lot of interesting family history that he was clearly proud of.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I first visited here as a child years ago, and we have continued to come back over the years. The food is delicious, the staff is attentive and the atmosphere is elegant.

Sarah was our waitress and she was a pleasure! The food was very fresh, hot and delicious! We lived in Northern Italy for years and this is the REAL thing!!

we were in the city for a sport tournament and really didn't know where to eat. agostino’s took a chance as it was near the hotel. what a miracle.
