Agua de Mar - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I stopped in here on our way to dinner at another restaurant. We were excited about their bar program, and it did not disappoint. Their focus is clearly gin, but we opted for some other spirits. I tried their riff of the Negroni, which had homemade Worcester Sauce ("salsa Inglés" in Spanish) and spices. The result: it tasted like the Negroni and the **** Mary had a beautiful baby! Second cocktail was their Mint Julep, only they prepared with a green tomato shrub among other things...also incredibly delicious and creative.My wife also loved both of her cocktails: both balanced, pretty and fun. And the bartender could not have been nicer or more professional.The staff was also nice enough to bring us out a complimentary amuse-bouche of truffled crab cake balls.

This restaurant just changed ownership and improved quite a bit. I started with a Gin and surprisingly the waiter knew his gins and which one was citric or went well with cucumber. I had to ask him to add some more alcohol to the gin tonic I ordered since it was too "soft". We then ordered some tapas (tuna tartar (my favorite), croquetas, tostadas con tuna, burrata, amongst others). I really enjoyed the live band that they had playing. The chef, very nice lady from Spain, came out and visit with us at the table for a while. Would definitely go back.

Restaurante foi recentemente repaginado. Tudo aqui foi excelente. Recomendo uma lula recheada. O legal é pedir tapas para dividir, e assim pode provar vários.
