We love the beautiful hotel and travel in 5 stars. The French name of Palace has never been tested again, which would be higher than the 5 stars. We are doubtful, but we are curious about the experience offered by Les Airelles Gordes. We had the chance to be improved and we sincerely thank the Airelles for this great attention of our 20 years. We are about to leave this incredible hotel after four wonderful nights. I don’t typically submit public reviews- but this hotel is exceptional. We have had immaculate service from every member of staff. Nothing it too much trouble and the attention to detail is wonderful. The hotel’s location is breath taking. The hotel fully warrants the five star rating and my only criticism is that I shortly have to leave ! We would highly recommend and thank all the staff for making our stay so special and memorable . .
Exeptional dynamic and attentive team. A breathtaking view. Efficient and refined cuisine. The Sommeliers can surprise you with their selected finds in the neighbouring departments. However, you have to choose your armchair to be well installed and comfortable. A beautiful renovated house with very well-kept and refined care. A special mention for the beautiful waves of this place.
An exceptional site. A small flat on the staff, a little disinvolture in some.Designed by orangery, little generosity, and what is proposed in the plate, does not correspond to the final addition. We may have come by the day... it was a nice day.

The hotel is very neat and the service is excellent, but the restaurant doesn't reach the level and I don't like it.
