Ají Verde - Reservar una mesa

Came across Ají Verde this afternoon in the Paramount area. So fire! Place is nice and cozy, with lots of knick knacks of Peruvian culture. The servers and attendees are extremely courteous as well! Their menu has lots of variety...even a section for vegans! I ordered the Lomo Saltado which is a classic. Rice, steak, and fries, everything absolutely delicious. The dish comes with a complimentary green soup (not sure what it is called but it's so good). They also serve bread rolls as a little treat before your main dish. This is my go-to Peruvian spot! I haven't dined in, but I've ordered pickup or delivery via Postmates. I've never had to wait long to get my food and the staff are very welcoming. If you're dining in, there is a parking lot with ample amount of spots. The food always tastes fresh and the portions are great for the price in my opinion. My favorite dishes are the lomo saltado and arroz con mariscos. I also get a side of whole chicken and plantains. You get bread, soup, and tons of aji verde sauce with your order as well. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 recommend! This place is ! Pura delicia! The service is so good they greet you so quickly when you walk in and sit you immediately. Once you're sat they take you bread immediately and follow up with a small bowl of chicken soup! The Lomo soltado is so yummy but it's the only thing I have had here aside from the beans they are also so so yummy. The food is all very well seasoned and tastes amazing. I had so much aji verde I feel embarrassed. LOL! The entire vibe is very genuine and authentic Peruvian. I will be back!

Let's keep yelp real!!! Good, consistent, and well priced food. One of my favorite places to grab Peruvian food. I've been here about 10 times and have not had one complain. We keep saying we'll try different dishes but its tough when the ceviche mixto and lomo saltado are so good. The service is great, plenty of parking, and they start you off with bread and aguadito de pollo (nice touch). Support this business!

I tried the lomo saltado. Well, the meat was dry and not juicy. They serve it over French fries instead of cut potatoes, with not much vegetables. The rice was ok, but overall it was lacking flavor. Portion was small. The atmosphere is kind of plain and boring, service is the same. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Food was good and the first entry was a small chicken soup bowl that's so good I almost just wanted more of it. The pollo asado was very delicious, which I took to go. Arroz chaufa de pollo was ok. The place got packed by lunchtime but there was plenty of parking.

The food here was amazing! It's a quiet little spot in the corner of the shopping center lots of parking available. Very authentic Peruvian food. Service was great our waiter explained each dish we had a question about. I will definitely be back.

Consistently the best Peruvian food around, we come here once a week. Great price, service is friendly and fast. The ambiance is clean simple and the food is DELICIOUS!! 100% recommend.

This place is disgusting it caused me my mother in law and her sister to get sick and throw up for anybody who ate today 11/5/23 I hope your doing okay this place is terrible

I had 2 business lunches in there, and both times I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend. Some plates have a large option so make sure you order accordingly.
