Akropolis - Reserva de mesa

We were looking for somewhere to eat and came across this gem of a resturant. I can honestly say we enjoyed the best Greek food that we have ever had. Everything was top quality , through wonderful tasty starters, Incredbile main meal and outstanding dessert....To add nothing was to much trouble we asked for an extra portion of Prawns to come with our main meal, we we asked if we would like them in tomato sauce or garlic , we opted for Garlic, they were just the best full of flavour. In addtion wonderful wine. The service was next to none, the atmosphere wonderful and food outstanding. Every customer was treated well , which you know it means they care about the service they are delivering....

We came for dinner. The restaurant is nice and service was ok, even though not overly attentive. We had to call them couple of times when we needed something because they wouldn’t come up to check if everything is ok once the food was served....The portions are huge. Even the kids portion is good adult female portion. Unfortunately the quality is very average. Souvlaki we had was not edible- the pork had zero flavor and tough and chewy. Greek salad basic. The mixed platter calamari and gyros huge, but again, not much flavor in it. We have enjoyed our mixed starter platter. Overall, wouldn’t come back unless matter of convenience.

Went there with friends and Family. The Restaurant is gently decorated and does not have the typical partly awful- touristic decorations, which I, with hellenic roots, really appreciate. The service was nice, smiling and friendly. First dishes were tasty, but partly not so warm....The main dishes however were huge. We had lamb and chicken. The dishes/ the food again not very warm and the meat was partly tough to chew and it seemed like herbs were not much in use. It was the first time we went there... All in all okay but it could be even better.

We ate here three times in ten days. Really wide variety of fresh well cooked food. From fish, to vegetarian salads, to burgers, steaks and lamb, everything was excellent. Even the beer and wine were better than the rest of island. So if you have...had enough of schnitzel and sausages this is the place for you. Large portions, so generally one course is enough. Price to Quality ratio doesn't fit at all. Note that the prices in the Menu are quoted without Tax, so a small glass of Orange Juice for Kids are almost Euro. For a glass of wine you pay close to Euro. Waited...over for the Food and got served cold Gyros. Also the staff was fairly unfriendly and not qualified to speak with guests- a very bad experience

The service in this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and flexible. Although knowledge about their wines needs improvement, the wine selection is very good for this type of restaurant. Starters seem to be homemade, and meat quality is very good.

The worst experience we ve ever had.The staff was unfriendly, the place is very oldfashion and the food was the worst we have ever eaten....It was very bad experience and of course this is not the original GREEK food...

Last-minute reservation but we got a nice, quiet table. The food and wine selection is generous. Both food and drink came promptly and were delicious. The service was friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

Here we came almost everyday during our stay in Lindau. The food was good and the restaurant cosy. Everyday I tried a different plate and everyday I was not disappointed.
