Zum Alten Rathaus - Reserva de mesa

Visited Lindau with the family and without knowing better we tried this restaurant. We did not have high expectations but it was centrally located. The service was good but with a slight attitude. The food again was ok although the Wiener schnitzel was too oily....After walking around the town we believe we could do better.

Try the Jagersalad, it’s a mushroom salad with delicious chanterelle mushrooms. Paired with the liver dumpling soup, a perfect lunch. Wife has the sausages and saur kraut. Excellent. Beer was cold, swift service. Nice outdoor patio with shade for the July weather.

we had lunch in this wonderful little restaurant. they served local cuisine. English menus available. local beer good. server friendly, eating came fast. had black medallions with brokkoli, gravy and croquettes. both are very good.

we stayed in bregenz and drove with the ferry to lindau. this restaurant is great. we had spent five nights in the alps, and we both agreed that this was the best we had. two great meals, beautiful bottle wein, beer, there! Reserva una mesa ahora

Das Essen war nichts besonderes. Wir hatten das "Schwabentöpfle", Schweinefilet mit Spätzle. Die Spätzle waren schlecht, die Filets waren auf die Spätzle geklatscht, mit Convinience Sauce übergossen. Passte garnicht.

Das Restaurant ist relativ schön in der Fussgängerzone gelegen. Leider vermögen sowohl das Essen wie auch die Bedienung nicht sonderlich zu überzeugen. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr klein.

Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig. Leider habe ich noch einen Tag später ein komisches Gefühl im Mund, was von den Geschmacksverstärkern in der Pilzsauce (Jäger-Schnitzel) kommen muss.

excellent eating, very good quality and good prices! when you are visiting Lindau, go and eat there. it is certainly one of the best restaurants.

Sehr leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal und gute Lage. Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder in Lindau sind.
