The restaurant has plenty of parking in their car park on the side and behind it which, is very helpful. It is decorated really nicely, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly. However whenever you want anything you have to wave down a member of staff as they just stand around chatting to each other instead of noticing food is missing from your table or your drink is empty etc. We enjoyed our meal but three courses with drinks soft drinks and a few beers was averaging out to nearly £50 a head which didn't feel value for money, it felt more like a £25-£30 per head three course meal, so when going as a group you may have problems splitting the bill etc. Next time I think as we went in a l...
In recent years, we have regularly visited this restaurant in London, but we have noticed a decline in quality and service, coupled with an increase in menu prices. Many Turkish restaurants seem to be following this trend of charging high prices for a basic dining experience. It is not justifiable to charge Mayfair prices for simple ingredients. Additionally, the decision to switch from crockery to metal dishes gives the impression of a low-quality dining experience. This use to be a good for value restaurant. We dine out a lot and expect an increase in price. This restaurant however is unjustified in some of their prices. 76 pounds for two mains, 2 wines and 3 cokes is robbery. Over 10 pounds for 3 small cokes! Other restaurants in the area have also increased their prices and we pay abit more but not to this extent. We paid this time since we saw the prices and chose to stay but knowing that down the road we can get an equally enjoyable meal without the over priced price tag our custom will definitely be going elsewhere. Food was lovely but prices have really gone up , no longer a value for money local restaurant. Staff look fed up . But to top it all when you order an alcoholic drink like a gin and tonic you are charged two prices one for the drink and the other for the mixer so £8.90 for gin and £3.95 for the tonic . I ordered Lamb Chops and Chips from this restaurant through uber eats. What turned up was chicken wings and doner chicken and chips. When I called and explained my order was incorrect they told me they cannot find the order. Now this was something I regularly ordered from this restaurant and have it delivered. But, I was given the runner round. I will never be using them again. Terrible customer service experience.
I had a gathering with several coworkers at this restaurant and it was a lively and enjoyable evening, mainly because we were boisterous. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, and we had a great time. The kitchen is better suited for smaller groups rather than a large party of 20+, but they still managed well. The meal was prepared perfectly, although we should have ordered more side dishes.
Customer service was very poor. Staff did not smile at all or greet us as we walked in. Ordered the aksular special which was 60 pounds and there was 3 lamb chops missing and 2 wings missing. Very oily and salty. Staff were inly interested in getting the food on and off the table as quickly as possible. I would never go here again even if it was the last Turkish restraunt opened. POOR
I was heading to a local football game and wanted to grab a meal before the match. There were many options in Enfield, but I was very pleased to eat at this restaurant. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely be returning with my partner! Reserva una mesa ahora
