Do not give your money to those horrible rude impolite barbaric owners; the woman and her husband. I discovered the 5 stars rating , the place is getting was written by family members and friends. You just need to go there once to understand what I mean. We are in the process now of getting the health authorities involved to get this place shut. The food standard fluctuates very much. The catering team is fine. The major problem is the lady owner and her husband who probably forgot they have to treat customers with dignity and curtesy. Well I have to say when I got home and read some of the previous reviews I was pretty stunned. Yes it is in a business park, but dangerous? Seriously!?? The service from the moment I stepped in the door couldn't have been more helpful and charming, yes even the lady on the till. I am no expert on Middle Eastern food and don't eat meat, so the waiter helped me pick items and every single thing was delicious. Everything on the menu is priced. In fact the waiter made sure I didn't over order as I got the fish with rice, beautifully cooked and you get a delicious soup to start. I will 100% be coming back. BTW there is a shop next door, I think connected which has the most gorgeous sweets/dessert...
Very bad service and snobby staff especially the owner. She barely smiles to anyone and her staff are extremely rude. Her food is always finished whenever you want to order something on the menu they say 'oh we dont have '. The other day I went for breakfast which as stated on her menu from 9 to 1, I arrived. at 12 to order Kahi and then I sat down to order and they said oh we dont have. Why place it on the menu if you 're going to serve it keep in mind I had to travel about 45 minutes to get to her restaurant to try it out. Useless. Also her staff very rude . they are not polite, they do not smile and no courtesy
Such a good breakfast here this morning! I had the breakfast platter halloumi, lebneh zaatar and my husband and friend had the sharing mixed grill lamb kebab, chicken ta’ouq, lamb shish, lamb shawarma. None of us have had Iraqi food before and came here when staying nearby on a recommendation from a builder when we desperately needed a good breakfast after too much wine last night! All of the food was incredible and the staff are the epitome of hospitable so friendly! Loved every bit of the meal here, definitely drop in if you’re in the area

I booked to eat here with my family during a trip to London 2 weeks in advance. We walked down a poorly lit, uneven , dark industrial unit feeling very unsafe . The restaurant was at the end and was busy. Before I even had the door open a very rude man told me they were closed (clearly not as people were in there) and there was no food left. I politely went to explain I had a booking but did not even get the words out before he shouted over me. Quite simply appalling service and I wouldn’t waste your time trying to find the place .
Food 2 out of ten, over-spiced over cooked, and very far from Middle Eastern taste and presentation is very poor. Service, 0 out of ten, the waiter didn’t give me the detailed bill saying that he deleted after charging me, very dodgy, no water in toilets to wash , 2 pm on Sunday they shut down oven nothing from bakery section and no shawarma aswell that’s nearly half the menu that wasn’t available. Terrible experience and will never visit again, there are much better Lebanese and Syrian restaurants available, way much better
This has been my go to restaurant for many years now definitely been going for way over 10 years and I highly recommend it. The food is delicious fresh and tasty good size portions and lots of variety. Service is great friendly and warm always made to feel welcome. Breakfast lunch dinner a celebration it's suited for all occasions. If your looking for authentic Iraqi food look no further.
Food has no taste at all. The owners are very rude both man and woman who are sitting on the till. The food were terrible. They need to learn customer service skills before selling frozen foods. It is not worth the value at all.

I had breakfast, cost me £120 and I have to pay service charge another 10%. I don’t know why I have to pay services charge?????????????
Took us 1 hour to go in and food was terrible never go here. Do not ever go here overprice and trash food
