change of owner in malia in furnaces is a real chef! you can order to take away or eat on site. It became my official paella supplier. I've seen my origins, I know it in real paella. In a village, it's true, we don't see the boats and the sea, it's true, but in a most important restaurant is in the plate. Thank you julia (the gentleman by bike)
