The formerly exquisite and hearty lamb chili soup has been replaced by a thin, bland, and bitter beef concoction. Be sure to wear your glasses if you don’t want to miss the scarce bits of beef! There’s no lamb at all, yet the name remains unchanged. The taste is horrendous! The delightful little pieces of bread have been substituted with flat, tasteless, unleavened discs. My husband ordered a beef pita wrap, which was nearly empty and slathered with unappetizing A1 sauce—how they consider this Mediterranean food is beyond me! I recently visited an amazing Mediterranean restaurant for my birthday in July. My wife ordered the Kefta, and while I can't recall exactly what I had, both dishes were outstanding! The Baba Ganoush is some of the absolute best I've ever tasted—I've tried it in many places, but this one stands out. I'll definitely return just for the Baba Ganoush alone! Everything else we tried was excellent as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, providing top-notch service. We have been fans of this restaurant since it first opened and have dined there frequently. However, our last three carry-out experiences have been quite disappointing. We’ve never had issues dining in, but this is the third time my favorite, the lemon rice soup, has been bland or even worse. We bought a quart but couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it—it was that bad. The shawarma chicken on my almond rice salad tasted like it was several days old, and the baba ghanouj, another favorite of mine, lacked flavor as well. I don’t know what has changed, but I can no longer recommend this place.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I've been wanting to try this restaurant for some time and finally had the chance to stop by. The garlic sauce is an absolute must—don't hold back on it! The mixed shawarma plate costs $25, but it's enough to share between two people. The Service by the waitress is wonderful here. Music and decor is Middle East setting the appropriate mood for the meal. I personally prefer the Steak Ka-bobs and my Mrs has enjoyed several meals here. Beef Shish Kabob is on point and well worth the price they ask which is by the Ka-bob. If you're hungry for Mediterranean food stop by this restaurant you will be glad you did.
