I wanted to give this place a fair chance, but I have to share my thoughts. Firstly, I don’t understand these so-called nutrition spots. The teas have an alarming amount of caffeine—around 225 mg! That’s not healthy for anyone. Secondly, every single drink contains protein. I’ve tried the protein craze before, and it didn’t help me lose weight; in fact, I gained weight despite exercising. After cutting out protein drinks while continuing my workouts, I’m nearly at my ideal weight now. I’m not a fan of adding unnecessary ingredients like collagen. Sure, she can make it without, but she said it’s just for flavor and water. Simplicity is often best, don’t you think? I honestly don’t believe it’...
If this review was solely for taste, it would be 5 stars. The tea I had was very delicious. However, for a place that has “nutrition” in their name, they have zero nutritional information available. The person making my drink was unable to give me any information about sugar content, calories, protein, etc. She was only able to tell me that it had some protein, some caffeine, and possibly aloe.They also do not list their prices, so I was a bit surprised to find my specialty tea was almost $11 before tip.Bottom line, the tea delicious but overpriced, and I still have no idea what was actually in it.

I was welcomed in educated some on weight loss options they have here and he made me a shake- coconut crush AfTeR hours now how nice is THAT I will definitely be back for more
Only go here if you have alot of spare time. I have never spent 20 minutes in a tea place being the only customer there and still not have a tea. It was the craziest thing. The employee was absolutely busy making drinks for family members or something, she never rang anything up but was steadily making drinks and putting them in personal cups. We finally had to leave with no service, can't recommend.

I tried banana pudding shake a grape jolly rancher tea! Both was Great the staff was very knowledgeable to the products, and was very helpful in making choices! I will be back soon!
This place feels like just a generic Herbalife shop with nothing unique to offer. The products lack genuine nutritional information and are overpriced.
Zero stars. They sell Herbalife products. STEER CLEAR! Do not let your family or friends consume these incredibly toxic shakes!
Best shake in the area. Banana Pudding is a must!
