I was just passing through the area and decided to place an online order through the restaurant's website. When I arrived, I encountered a long line of cars stretching out onto the street, estimated to have about 8-10 vehicles. I attempted to go inside to pick up my order, but the door was locked, and I couldn't get anyone's attention. After several unsuccessful tries, I realized I had no choice but to join the line of cars. This resulted in a wait of 43 minutes, and by the time I finally got my food, it was stale. I usually enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was quite disappointing. It would be beneficial if they could pause online orders during busy times to help avoid such lengthy waits.

Once again, the food I ordered was good. However, there was an issue with my order: my wife's chicken sandwich was missing. Since I live far from the restaurant, I couldn't go back to address this with the indifferent staff. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes in the area. While I do enjoy the food, the service seems to be actively discouraging my return, as I've had similar issues on two other occasions. Additionally, customers cannot check their orders before leaving because the restaurant only offers drive-thru service. I prefer Zaxby's for their better service and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
You have a very bad customer service with the exception of a manager wearing a bread. The manager with the refugees is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes, they are either from something or end Do not take your order and still say to draw. They gave me all the sauces I wanted, so it's good. I wouldn't recommend eating here about Dash door, but your food will get you to say the things that are wrong. Children's meal came without toys, no frits or no juice.

Ordered 3 shrimp tackle boxes. Was asked to pull up and wait. Waited 25 minutes went back through drive through and cashier acted as if she didn't know us and wanted to know what we ordered laughing the whole time. Still received the wrong order, asked for manager and a refund. We did receive a refund but was a very unprofessional atmosphere. They were all playing laughing and cutting up. Don't know what has happened to customer service or why business doesn't require more from there employees.
This location has always had less than stellar service. They constantly leave things off of orders. It has been quite a while (well over a year) since I have last rolled the dice but it is Mother’s Day and I didn’t want to cook and it sounded pretty good. Today we got 2 over filled drinks that spilled all over the car, the gentleman at the drive thru was too involved with his conversation with his coworker to give us the 80 something cents change we should have gotten. Rather than a family size
I dined at this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Although the drive-thru line was quite lengthy, the wait definitely paid off! I chose to order a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich, both of which were incredibly tasty—though I could have done without the pickle on one of them. The staff was very friendly and added napkins to my order. Overall, I didn't encounter any problems, and I would definitely return in the future.

They were very delicious (aside from the pickle ends) of a sandwich!! The staff was very nice and included napkins and no other issues with my order. I would definitely return.

Wow, this Popeyes location keeps getting my orders wrong. I hadn’t been here in a while, but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in. I ordered three mild wings and fries, but ended up with a three-piece wing and two spicy thighs instead. I tried calling to address the issue when I got home, but, as usual, no one picked up.
