Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Once again, the food I received was good. However, there was a discrepancy between the food I ordered and what I received to take home. My wife's chicken sandwich was missing, and since I live far from the restaurant, I couldn't go back to complain to the indifferent staff. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes location in the area. While I enjoy the food, the restaurant staff seems to be making an effort to discourage me from returning. This has happened to me on two other occasions as well. Additionally, customers are not able to check their orders before leaving as the restaurant only offers drive-thru service. I prefer Zaxby's for their better service and accuracy in fulfilling orders.

I was just passing through the area and decided to place an online order through the restaurant's website. When I arrived, I saw a long line of cars stretching out onto the street, estimated to be 8-10 cars long. I tried to go inside to pick up my order, but the door was locked and I couldn't get anyone's attention. After several unsuccessful attempts, I realized I had to join the car line. This led to a 43-minute wait and my food ended up being stale. I typically enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was disappointing. It would be helpful if they could pause online orders to avoid having to wait in line anyway.

I once again received good food at this restaurant. However, the chicken sandwich that my wife ordered was missing, and I live too far away to go back and complain to the staff who didn't get the order right in the first place. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes location in the area. I enjoy their food, but the staff at this restaurant seems to be deterring me from coming back. This has happened to me twice before. Additionally, you cannot check your order before leaving, you can only drive through. Zaxby's has better service and they always get your order right.

I was in the area and placed an online order through the website. When I arrived, I found a long line of cars on the road (approximately 8-10 cars). I parked and attempted to enter the restaurant, but the door was locked. After several unsuccessful attempts to get inside, I realized I had to join the long line of cars. This resulted in a 43-minute wait and receiving cold, stale food. I enjoy eating at Popeyes, but this experience was disappointing. They have very bad customer service except for one manager who wears a bun. The manager with the braids is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes , they are either out of something or don't finish takingyour order and still tell you to pull around. They gave me all the sauces I wanted though, so it's fine. I would not recommendeating here via door dash but picking up your food you get to say the things that are wrong . Kids meal came with no toy , nofries or no juice.

You have a very bad customer service with the exception of a manager wearing a bread. The manager with the refugees is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes, they are either from something or end Do not take your order and still say to draw. They gave me all the sauces I wanted, so it's good. I wouldn't recommend eating here about Dash door, but your food will get you to say the things that are wrong. Children's meal came without toys, no frits or no juice.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. The drive-thru line was quite long, but the wait was worth it! I decided to order a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. They were both very delicious (except for the pickle on one of the sandwiches)! The staff was very friendly and included napkins with my order. Overall, I had no other issues and I would definitely come back again.

We ordered over 120.00 in food to be picked up at a specific time for a party. The food was not ready. I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be ready. Then when I got home there was over 30.00 in missing Items. No one will answer the phone and the inside of the restaurant was Nasty. Food all over the dining room floor, counters were sticky?. Lord, this Popeyes never gets the order right. Wasn't here in a while, but nearby. I ordered three wings mild and fries. I have a three-part wing and two thighs all sharp. I tried to call home and of course nobody answered!
