I once again received good food at this restaurant. However, the chicken sandwich that my wife ordered was missing, and I live too far away to go back and complain to the staff who didn't get the order right in the first place. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes location in the area. I enjoy their food, but the staff at this restaurant seems to be deterring me from coming back. This has happened to me twice before. Additionally, you cannot check your order before leaving, you can only drive through. Zaxby's has better service and they always get your order right.

I was in the area and placed an online order through the website. When I arrived, I found a long line of cars on the road (approximately 8-10 cars). I parked and attempted to enter the restaurant, but the door was locked. After several unsuccessful attempts to get inside, I realized I had to join the long line of cars. This resulted in a 43-minute wait and receiving cold, stale food. I enjoy eating at Popeyes, but this experience was disappointing. They should at least prioritize fulfilling online orders to avoid customers having to wait in line unnecessarily.

They have very bad customer service except for one manager who wears a bun. The manager with the braids is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes , they are either out of something or don't finish takingyour order and still tell you to pull around. They gave me all the sauces I wanted though, so it's fine. I would not recommendeating here via door dash but picking up your food you get to say the things that are wrong . Kids meal came with no toy , nofries or no juice.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. The drive-thru line was quite long, but the wait was worth it! I decided to order a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. They were both very delicious (except for the pickle on one of the sandwiches)! The staff was very friendly and included napkins with my order. Overall, I had no other issues and I would definitely come back again.
