I've never eaten Albanian cuisine before, so my curiosity to try it intensified on the day of my visit to Alba.The menu is predominantly written in their native language, but the waiter gave me a very clear translation. He was warm, friendly, and very helpful in assisting me with my food order.I had a Beef Kabob over rice with a side salad and an imported Albanian peach soda. Everything was as delicious as I was hoping it would be.Alba is the only Albanian restaurant on Staten Island, and I highly recommend them.Great for dining alone or with a group. The atmosphere is warm and looks like a luxurious dining room.

I tried to order delivery from this restaurant, but they do not offer that service. When I called to place an order for pick up, the woman who answered had a bad attitude and mentioned that their menu had recently been updated and was not available online. When I picked up my food, I was disappointed to find that it did not come with any utensils or napkins. When I called to address this issue, I was met with indifference. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
I didnt like the food and it was a very uncomfortable environment. Mostly men and when they see a woman it feels like you dont belong there. Very bad experience. It sure doesnt reflect the true albanian food anyways.
The Albanian food at this restaurant is very delicious and authentic, and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend it.
I went in intending to order takeout lunch but no servers came out from the kitchen. After a minute or two, I left.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. They serve the best cannolis and pastries in town.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and tried their kabobs - they were fantastic!
