that was an excellent menu – especially if they like acid and high-contrast dishes. tobias buck does not scare by strong acid combinations. he manages to stage these in such a way that the dishes are multi-layered and also exciting for the practiced palate. for this house it is certainly not important that people who can visit a fine restaurant for the first time will not be deterred and recognize the particular good. because the combinations are absolutely harmonious and logical, this should also be possible without difficulty. the dishes are matched in every look to details, as everything they see on the teller is also delicious. on these wise are the combinations coherent and coherent. at many places special product qualities are also obtained, which usually come from the closer environment. this type of kitchen does not necessarily represent these qualities plakatiw, because the products are completely integrated into the lush Arome designs – but their particular quality does not go down, which is truly remarkable in consideration of the intensity of the dishes.
