We ordered 4 dinners including a Greek Salad with Steak Tips and paid for extra dressing. ZERO DRESSING was delivered with the expensive order. When speaking with the store to address the issue, the woman was rude and literally hung up on me!!!! I was astonished!!!! I called back the man who answered wasn’t any help at all. He made a comment about it being busy and so what if they forgot the dressing. So, my order means nothing to you? Thanks for nothing Alexanders. Sorry I gave you my business. NEVER EVER AGAIN by the way, the good was cold and not that great anyway.
I went to this restaurant today with my family and everything was amazing. I ordered a delicious milkshake which I really enjoyed. I have been coming here for a year now and I am happy to say that I will continue to do so. The staff were very friendly and made our dining experience even better.
We went to Alexander's for lunch and it was amazing. My son ordered the steak with cheese mushrooms and I had the chicken parmesan sub. Chef Alexa did a great job with our meals. I highly recommend trying a large sub made by Chef Alexa.
