We went on buffet night. We got there near the end of buffet time so the pizza was getting old cold. Having worked in the food industry in my younger years, I can understand not wanting to put out fresh pizza that may not get eaten since it was winding down. We will definitely make sure to go earlier next time. Salad bar was great. I do wish that there was an alfredo sauce for the spaghetti instead of just a marinara sauce for those of us that don't eat marinara, but I'll survive. Service was great.
I fine disdain in the lack of updated online menus. I looked prices and ordered over the phone thinking my meal was 40 only to find out it was 60. This was not communicated when I called in my order. I felt ambushed and will not be ordering from there anymore. All my friends are in agreement and our group will get pizza somewhere else. I also find fluctuating pricing to be ridiculous. We didn't want Wendy's to do it but seems Alexander's can get away with it
5 stars for 2 delivery orders, one on-line, one by phone (recommended). Delivery was on time. Ordered All Meat with onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Asked for well done. Crust, sauce, and toppings are excellent, and toppings were good and generous. Have had pies in Rome, Venice, Florence and in-between, and this reminded me of the best of Italy.
I'm not sure what has happened in the last 3 to 4 months but we use to love the pizza. The last 4 times we have ordered we ask for extra extra extra sauce and get none. Pizza also also continued to become thiner and thiner every time.

Vegetarian options: If you enjoy pizza, this is a great spot for you. Kid-friendliness: Kids generally love pizza. On Mondays, they offer spaghetti and meatballs along with a salad bar, which is a great value for the price.
BEST pizza hands down!! I grew up in Washington County and love Osso's Pizza, this is actually better, and I never thought I would say that!
I ordered a chef salad last night. I was amazed at the portion! It was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be ordering from here again!
