Dieses Restaurant war vor Corona eines unserer liebsten griechischen Restaurants, was hier aber nun abgeboten wurde ist nicht mehr die Qualität die es einmal war. 1. Vorspeise : Hier wurden von uns Suppen und Feta bestellt, die Tomatensuppe war mit Tomatenmark angerührt es war noch unaufgelöstes Mark in der Suppe) und in der Zwiebelsuppe waren Schalenreste. 2. Hauptgang: Mehrere verschieden Speisen wurden bestellt. Das Steak war sehr Geschmacksneutral und durch. An meinem Geburtstag habe ich für meine Familie einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, da wir früher ohne Kinder öfters dort waren. Nach der Reservierung habe ich die Bewertungen gelesen und einen Schreck bekommen. Wir sind trotzdem hingefahren und wurden alles andere als enttäuscht. Die junge männliche Bedienung wirkte zuerst sehr unbeholfen, war aber sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr aufmerksam. Als dem Kleinen das Messer herunterfiel, hat er sofort ein neues gebracht. Im Übrigen schaute er regelmäßig nach dem Rechten ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Als Appetizer gab es einen Teller mit Oliven, Feta und Peperoni; dazu Baguettes und Aiolialles lecker und gratis dazu. Seit der neue Besitzer da ist schmeckt es nicht mehr Fleisch was soll man sagen Schuhsohlen hätten es auch gemacht, es fing schon damit an das ein Getränk von 2 falsch war beim Essen ging es weiter es wurde 2 mal an den 3 besetzten Tischen gefragt also insgesamt 6x nachgefragt wie die Bestellung war, ich frag mich ob Smileys gemalt wurden oder einfach auf sein Block kritzelte, nichts geht über die vorbesitzer wo man sich wohlfühlte, ach neben dem essen spielten oben drüber auf dem Balkon kinder Fußball, der dann auch noch runter fiel, die nächste telefonierte natürlich mit Lautsprecher. a visit to the alexandros is worth it again and again. as a Greek connoisseur who has traveled the land and its islands for over 30 years, we classify this restaurant as the best Greek restaurant in the region. the quality of the food is excellent. the restaurant is run by the owners vasili and triada. vasili is responsible for the kitchen, triada takes care of the guests. a large menu offers a variety of local dishes, especially recommended are the various grill plates. as a greeting from the kitchen there is a delicious aioli with roasted bread. the restaurant has many masters who arrive from far away. especially during the day on Friday until Sunday you should definitely reserve in advanc... we (4 adult) were on Friday, 19.9.2014, in the Greek local alexandros in Marpingen-Berschweiler, too hospitable. our two adult sons were there for the first time - in contrast to us. from the outside, you would not suspect to find such a great ambiente (break stone masonry, arches, tables/seat groups a little divided). who likes to eat Greek and also loves the typical fragrance (including also garlic) is right there. the dishes are extremely tasty and plentiful, the service very friendly and the prices are absolutely appropriate. all this together is recommended for the next visit. I just need a little more time!

spontaneously visited the restaurant on 1. mai. there was a garlauchmayonnaise with brot. then the mixed leaf salad came with great dressing. my grill plate with lamb chop was fried at the point and very well marinated, just like the other meats too. every meat variety tasted differently, it was a pleasure. in the garden stood many more crimped and I saw and tasted that they were also used. the price/performance ratio is unbeatable, the service competent and accommodating. sanitation rooms very clean

we were meeting friends, I came a little later, just after 21 o'clock. the others had already eaten at the time. Unfortunately, I probably didn't see the proper operation, the other one was clean up and dumped away. When I then ordered a drink after 15 minutes at the counter, the desired one came promptly. eating was nix for me, as the kitchen staff was already on the cleansing. the other one tasted it. but 21:15 I personally did not find customer-friendly.

the alexandros is a very no restaurant with great ambiente. we have been visiting the restaurant since the opening of the local over 10 years ago and are always thrilled. meanwhile, the former secret tip has brought to a national acquaintance, so you should really book to get a place. by the size it still kept its tavern charm and you can relax very well. who wants to feel like in Greece should stay here. every year I come to Germany to visit it, and during my visit I have to eat here at least once, but normally it is 2-3 times. the food and the society there are just so good. best Greek dinner wide and wide. it is off the beaten paths, but it is worth it.
