great customer service! the best caffes in southwell! Zoe,Keely and jack are amazing behind the counter. alex the barista makes the best cup coffee they have. the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. they can always enjoy eating a bit and there will be no delle in them are bag. P.s morris, the owner has a big hard, doesn't confused him with his sarcasm.

A very comfortable morning amble to this warm and hospitable café hosted by Maurizio and his team. A lifesaver for parents in the pick-up and drop-off to the Minster School, and a nice ice cream stop on the walk home!

It’s such a shame that this cafe lets their brilliant coffees down with their rude staff. Will not be returning again unfortunately.
