I had a frustrating experience with Open Table, as I was charged twice for the same reservation. I'm currently trying to resolve this issue with American Express, but I haven't had much success. The restaurant itself was fine, and the lamb we ordered was very good. However, I'm struggling to figure out how to get Open Table to refund the additional $287.50 I was charged on top of the $250 I already paid for the meal. The manager at Alhambra attempted to help, but after this situation, I’ve decided I will never use Open Table again. My AmEx account is frozen due to this issue, and I can't access it to check my current balance.
we had a nice stand, he wasn't too busy or loud. the appetizers we had were good, but the Batata-hara was better than the otopus in terms of taste explosion, but both of them were enjoyable. the heavy fish and lamb birds were also delicious. the basque cheese cake was very good. cocktails and alcohol were ridiculously expensive and they invite them to a grip for the voss water at their table. I would type and save a few dollars, although this is a place where they come to splurge I think but still. I'm not trying to splug on water.
First time dining at Alhambra was awesome! Impeccable service from seating to service. We enjoyed incredible food and wine offerings in a beautiful dining room and posh circular booth. Don’t miss the short ribs bourguignon entree, so delicious! We also enjoyed breakfast and the focaccia French toast was a game-changer! Highly recommend Alhambra for anyone seeking a high-end and delicious dining experience! Perfect for any celebration!

the service was not attentive, the eating was great, we asked for water, no one has checked how the eating was, we order a beer, it was warm, we have mentioned on the server, he did not care, we still get cargo 11 , we left the beer with a full glass, not expected this service for this type of restaurant,
The service was somewhat lacking since there was only one waiter on duty. However, the food was outstanding! As a bourbon enthusiast, I was disappointed that the bar didn’t have the proper ice. Overall, if they increase their staff and ensure they have the right ice, this restaurant would be exceptional.
Waiter poured tap water into my $14 sparkling water. Had to seek revised bill because I was mistakenly charged for a fruit bowel we never ordered (or received). I ordered a glass of Chardonnay, and they served me the most expensive one on the menu at $40/glass. Great atmosphere.
The experience was a bit below what I would expect from a St. Regis. The server appeared overwhelmed and wasn't as attentive as in previous visits. The food was average and didn't match the price point. However, the bottomless mimosas were fantastic and reasonably priced.
