Unfortunately, my experience didn’t get any better when I tried the fries. They tasted like they had been cooked the day before and just reheated. I've had fries at Chili's many times, but these were inedible, with a rubbery texture that was anything but fresh. After they brought me some properly cooked bacon, I took a bite of the burger, only to find something off about the pickles. They seemed to be covered in a weird garlic sauce, and after trying one, I realized it was the most unappetizing pickle I had ever encountered. At that point, I completely lost my appetite. I rarely give one-star reviews, and I usually enjoy Chili's, but my recent experience on a Friday night was quite disappointing. We were seated promptly, but after ordering our drinks, we waited 30 minutes with no updates. We eventually had to summon the waitress to place our food order. The appetizer didn't arrive until we had finished our meals and were about to leave. My main dish was incorrect and took nearly an hour to come out. Throughout our time there, we weren’t offered any drink refills, and the waitress only checked on us when we called her over. My kids were growing restless, and it felt like we were completely overlooked. I left feeling frustrated and let down, and I’m not sure...

I absolutely love Chili's! The 2 for $25 deal is fantastic. The Texas Fries are delicious, the Cajun Pasta is amazing, and the Pazookie for dessert is simply divine—truly something you can't miss. Pair the whole meal with two of the Margarita of the Month options, and I'm in heaven! On top of that, the service has been excellent every time we've visited. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to make sure the tables are kept clear. As a server myself, I understand it can be challenging, but there were quite a few tables that needed to be addressed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of our server, but she was exceptional. She had reddish hair, and I hope this helps identify her so she can be acknowledged for her outstanding service. Even with several servers on duty, our meal was served promptly and was delicious. Our server was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. As the general manager, I want to share that I found the service and overall experience to be top-notch. Overall, I had a positive experience at the restaurant. I opted for cheese fries instead of regular fries, but there was a mix-up in the kitchen. To make up for it, they kindly offered me an extra full order of cheese fries on the side, which I appreciated. However, there were some downsides. We ordered chips and salsa, and after about 15 minutes, we had to remind them before they finally brought it out. Additionally, when I specified that I wanted my burger cooked medium, it ended up being overcooked and quite burnt, which was disappointing.

Best Steak dinner I have had in a very long time and no 2-3 hour wait time, and the chips and salsa is a delicious starter. Service is awesome, food was served hot and in a timely manner. Clean and pleasant dining room, servers were attentive and friendly, pricing was very reasonable my Steak was good quality and served at the temperature I requested it was a good portion and tender and well prepared, loaded potato was just that loaded and delicious, yes I would recommend this One, and another plus an open bar is available

We had an amazing experience here at lunch. Everyone we interacted with there was fantastic, but our server Maddie/Patty (sorry didn't catch her name) made our experience. She was attentive, so funny, and so nice! Best service we have had in a very long time anywhere. We will definitely be back!!

For a Chili's VS Chili's experience a 4 star is an amazing rating. Let me tell you why. While short staffed the current waitress explained how she would do everything to take care of us and delivered. The place was close to clean and the food was freshly made. Good job Reserva una mesa ahora

The waitress was fantastic and we didn't have to wait in line. We chose this restaurant after Red Robin made us wait an hour for just two people and then closed early at 7 PM due to a staff shortage. This place helped make my birthday dinner enjoyable and seamless.

The music was a bit too loud for my liking, but the food and service were outstanding—definitely five stars! The baby back ribs were massive, and the classic sirloin was cooked to perfection. And the molten lava cake? Absolutely delicious!
