"You get 4 pieces of bread with your appetizer. If you want more bread there is a charge. So with your food you have to pay for your bread. Tabbouli was all big pieces of parsley only. Eggplant dip right out of the can. Nasty. Order falafel sandwich also had no sauce, half a tomato. Very very dry."

Stopped in Ali's as a fellow coworker has suggested that they were a good restaurant. I walked in and stood at the hostess stand for a good ten minutes before I was eventually greeted by a gentleman. I was promptly seated and my waitress came over with a warm smile. She was pleasant and friendly and took my order. I ordered the rice almond salad with adding chicken shawarma and extra almonds and Coke. I was brought two pieces of piping hot and delicious pita bread with their version of the traditional garlic sauce (which I have to say was mighty tasty) The plate arrived in no time and as one can see from the picture it was a beautiful plate. It was different than I expected it to be in the sense of being compared to other restaurants I have had dish. The chicken was moist and delicious and the rice was cook right and the extra almonds were the hit. The dressing was different than what I was use too and was also very good. The interior was beautifully done and look very glamorous and they can accommodate larger parties without a problem. I would highly recommend coming here and enjoying a freshly prepared meal with friends, family or coworkers. Ample parking, handicap parking with a ramp access. Lounge upfront with a fully equipped bar. They accept cash, credit card and debit cards.

Wow. What a great dining experience in a beautiful restaurant! I usually don’t like lamb (too gamey), but this place looked so nice and the menu was so impressive that I thought, “If anyone can make it right, it’s gotta be this place.” I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious and perfect, but the freshly-baked pita was what we kept raving about afterwards. The staff were all super professional and friendly, with perfect timing. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely return!

What used to be a fantastic place to go to has become a place to be forgotten. Service is slow and inconsistent. It's empty now. Even on the weekends. The food has suffered terribly as they don't really use seasoning anymore. Not sure if it was the waitresses first day, but she made us aware that we were not her highest priority. (Only two other tables seated in the entire restaurant) Based on what we saw and experienced, they're not going to be around much longer.

I have been to this place about four or five times.. Food is always good, the appetizers are the best part, while the mains can have some improvements. What this place really lacks is service. Servers did not know much about the menu, or had answers to any of our questions. The restaurant interior is beautiful, they also have private sections and a second upper level. Allie's is a nice spot among many similar cuisines in the city, recommended.
