the belvedere has a very nice terrace and eating is very good. However, in view of the catastrophic services, this is a bit less. our order (at least soup and two times capuns) overwhelmed the staff in the half empty local: the very early gersten soup came with the rest, a scorle instead of a cola and last but not least, the one capuns went forget and was served when all others were finished. the waitress said, when she brought the bill, she would have taken the one soup from the bill (?!). she could not come to us elsewhere (for example with a coffee or second capuns free) because no chef was in the house. but if we remember correctly, it has always been here in the belvedere. ;-)
we were disappointed. the terrace is pretty and the view into the mountain fantastic. However, the flush soup was too expensive for it. the champagne mad. the buoyant nusstorte unfortunately hit everything...old? much too dry, dusty, massive to sweet dough...and for that 8.50. Unfortunately, the service is also not quite suitable for sending ambiente. false delivery and affirmation. not even really taken to knowledge. we didn't feel taken seriously... only sold for stupid. p.s. the daughter house guardaval proves a completely different class, although officially a * less...for us is clearly reversed!

since the restaurant in the hotel guarda val is closed on Sunday, we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel belvedere. the ambiente in restaurant is very beautiful and the five-course menu was absolutely perfect and each course a pleasure of service: friendly and very attentive. the hotelier herr baumgartner goes from table to table and chats with the guests. you feel so good. super

used only once for lunch, on the outdoor terrace. 35 chf for two vegetable salads and 1 water seems exaggerated. especially if to order them we waited 30 min, not because the place was full, but because the 3 waiters took it with all calm (poor tables to serve. ) and to pay we had to go into the hotel to look for them, to the kitchens! unacceptable.
the restaurant is very beautiful and it has a beautiful terrace during the day. the service was good and the personel nice. for starters we have helped on a large buffet. for the main course everything was baked, nothing too kreatiw, but good. I. receive this place.
we stayed during the days too gast imhotel belvedere and assen mainly in the hotel's restaurant allegra. the foods were very good, lovingly prepared and creatiw prepared. also the service was top - attentive, friendly and flink.I can recommend the restaurant only!
we have here many times died in the course of the years. food quality is excellent. diversity and creativity are lacking in comparison with pastness. meat with limited variations. buffets always beautiful. cheese selection excellent. wein selection super.
