Allegria is located in the heart of Carbondale Colorado. My husband and I were surprised to discover fine dining in a mountain town, and Allegria did not disappoint. Food was excellent. Everything we had was delicious. They have a nice selection of wines too. For dog owners, very dog-friendly establishment but you have to be seated outside. Food is delicious and the staff is so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even though it's a fancier restaurant, we never feel awkward bringing our toddler in there as the staff are usually so happy to see her and go out of their way to make our experience enjoyable.

Generous portion of chicken parm with a fantastic gravy, although my wife's risotto was on the smaller side but tasty. They used to offer several dishes gluten free, but apparently current staffing limits that offering right now. We'll be back!
