We would evaluate the experience much better, but the service was pretty bad. We're not picky either. First, the food was very good and very well plated. The wine selection was good. The atmosphere was excellent. Very pleasant on both sides. Five stars. But we sat for 30 minutes before we got the water and the wine. The waiter cleared other tables before he got us the water 30 minutes after the order. Other tables have a bread service. Even after we asked twice, we never got bread service. When the wine arrived, he left him unopened at the table to delete other tables. And again, that was 30 minutes after sitting. When our Ceviche arrived, the Plantains arrived five minutes later. The food came in a good timeline, so credit to the kitchen. We know the service is hard in many cities. But in this case the waiter was simply badly trained on the basic label of serving a table in a higher end restaurant. That said. You should go, the food is worth it, and it seems as though some tables get decent service. We all learn.

Era la primera visita a mi familia en Cartagena y pasamos por este restaurante y no pudimos cenar ese día, pero tenemos reserva para el día siguiente, un sábado para 9 personas incluidos 4 niños. ¡La comida era deliciosa! Tuvimos varios aperitivos (ceviche de coco, empanadas de langosta y algunos más) junto con algunos platos principales increíbles. La comida fue de cinco estrellas. Pero lo realmente extraordinario fue el personal y el alojamiento. Hubo un pequeño incidente durante nuestra comida y el personal hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nuestra experiencia fuera excepcional. Superaron todas las expectativas que teníamos y hicieron todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviéramos felices allí, y vaya que lo hicimos. ¡Recomiendo ALTAMENTE este restaurante!

Este fue otro lugar que nos recomendaron mucho, hicimos la reserva por internet antes del viaje.El ambiente es increíble, el restaurante está dentro de Casa San Agustín.La atención fue de primera y la comida deliciosa, la mejor que probamos en Cartagena. Recomiendo el rabo de Toro con risotto de langosta.El area del bar tambien es muy agradable, hay un DJ en vivo si van con ganas de quedarse más tiempo.Visita obligada!

The place is really pretty and the employees are very nice, but it took 50 minutes to get our plates and the food was not that amazing, I was expecting much more for that long way.

sin lugar a dudas son los mejores de cartagena, cada vez que voy esta mejor, insuperable servicio, cócteles y comida de lujome siento como en casa.
