Went here with a friend that highly recommended the place. Our order consisted of their cheese balls, a 8 in margherita pizza, 12 wings, and their Brooklyn burger. The cheese balls were good, but nothing too crazy. The only thing that really gave them any flavor was the butter they were swimming in. The pizza while very cheesey and fresh, was too doughy for my taste. Also, I expect a margherita to have a fresher taste than other pizzas and this we just very heavy, partially due to the doughy crust. The wings were a let down. We ordered them dressed in Alondra' Gold which really only tasted like vinegar and mango habanero which was more sweet and fruity than anything else. Both were rated on...
Host was very unprofessional, walked in with my family there was no wait time nobody was waiting. Host kept walking back and forth knowing I was waiting to be seated, but she kept ignoring me. When I asked her who do I speak to, to get a table? she gave me an attitude and said oh that 's me . I asked to be seated outside and she said yeah whenever you 're ready and walked away. When I was eating my food with she came outside to attend another table and kept giving me dirty looks. My wife came here for the first time on Saturday 07/30/2022. It will be the last! Food was okay, but service wasn't good. Waitress unprofessional after she gave us our food. She ignored us the rest of the time. She should focus on the people who eat outside or she didn't like old people. Whatever your trip was I? Actually, most workers? s are rude and not friendly! So with that I said I'm gonna stop with Rios for pizza and wings for wings? Peace Out!
We have been here on a few separate occasions. Each time leaving without eating. Wait staff is always talking, their customer service is poor. I have been there in the past and food was good.
