My son and I went to this restaurant for breakfast and shared a plate of pancakes. The waitress told us there would be 5 pancakes, but only 3 arrived. My son found a hair in one of the pancakes, so we informed the waitress. She seemed confused and only brought us a new plate for the remaining 2 pancakes. She still forgot to bring my husband's toast. When she finally brought the toast, she claimed there was no hair in the pancake, just black specks from the grill. Despite this, she removed it from our bill. We were treated as if we were trying to get a free meal, which was insulting. I was left hungry as we left the restaurant. After reading numerous positive reviews about Mr. Raymond Douglas, I decided to give him a try. I must say, he truly is a professional and the best among all his customers. eat ok service absolutely terrible. server didn't know what she did, toast came out cold and after we finished breakfast. too many dings list- I accuse the mgmt not knowing the server due to lack of knowledge. overheard another person who complained and heard that mgmt mentions the “short personaled” card. I understand, but the waitress has no idea how she can do her job has nothing to do with short workers.
My experience was horrible. The owner was rude. My husband ordered eggs but received overcooked eggs with hair. When he brought this to the owners attention she made a scene and told him to leave. The food was sub par at best and the service was unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this establishment.
