"Quiet and peaceful hotel for a drink around the brazier, dinner in the bistro or at the Michelin-starred restaurant. You will be welcomed by a friendly, professional and smiling team. As for the cuisine, everything is excellent, fair, sophisticated and engaging. I can only encourage you to try the Alpaca experience. Service: 5"

A very disappointing experience due to management at the Frontdesk very far from the standards of a quality hotel My Virtuoso agent had made a booking for a Prestige room Upon arriving, the receptionist first showed me a lower level room I ask him the level of the room and he apologizes, telling me that he “got it wrong” and that it was a deluxe! Weird to be wrong but oh well With Virtuoso, the hotel is supposed to upgrade us but the hotel was almost empty that night The receptionist offers me an upgrade BUT for a fee (sic): in short, he offers me to pay for a superior room. 2nd shady thing Finally he found me the room I had reserved (Prestige) after 1 hour #lamentable The icing on the cake...

A disappointment despite very good assets. Non air conditioned rooms Bistro instead of table no outdoor pool View Comfortable rooms Breakfast Having booked half board to access the Michelin starred restaurant, we were totally surprised when we arrived to find that we would be entitled to the bistro! When booking, no mention was made of this weight distinction. the confirmation email clearly refers to “Access to the Restaurant”. Many customers found themselves faced with a fait accompli with no possibility of accessing the Table for an additional fee... Too bad. The Bistrot is very decent, the dessert (crème brûlée) is excellent. The rooms are really very good, be careful there is NO AIR COND...

Staying in Megève at Hotel Alpaga was the most perfect way to relax and unwind after an active week in Chamonix. The hotel is rustic-alpine-meets-modern-luxury-perfection. Lovely photography and design details throughout the hotel and thoughtful touches including Diptyque toiletries really make staying here such a treat. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, and dinner at the Bistrot was excellent. Between how nice the rooms, views and the spa are...it was a challenge to want to leave the hotel during my stay, but the complimentary driver convinced me to check out the town—which is really cute—and a totally different vibe from Chamonix. I can't wait to return during ski season and stay at Hote...

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff is very caring even before you arrive at the hotel. Once there, the whole team works hard to make sure you have an extraordinary time. The establishment is tastefully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is divine, the Nordic bath with a view of Mont Blanc is particularly pleasant. We dined at the Alpaga table (1 Michelin star), an incredible moment in the image of the establishment. The icing on the cake, we were able to participate in a picking with the pastry chef Tess Evans-Mialet followed by a tasting of her pastries, a fantastic moment!
