that was definitiw one of the high points of our entire tmb that came into clearing and this beautiful alpage ahead. worth every minute. her charcuterie was exalted, the fertilt was the best tart I can remember, and someone told us that we had to have the chocolate milk. they were right. do not pass this place. they will not be disappointed

the perfect reason to take this route on the tmb. the kartoffelrosti (with cheese) was rated by one of our groups as the best meal on the trek. I have failed on the plans they were ingenious, and the ambience/views is just perfect.

After a heavy climb up from Champex, Bovine was a sight for sore eyes. We enjoyed our lunch here. The omelette and Potato rosti were both delicious, though the bread was a bit stale. The views from the patio were excellent.

in a picturesque location, it is a beautiful small place, with a large sitting area outside. it is a great place to relax halfway during the day hike. the food is ordered freshly cooked and is ingenious.

Peach tart - incredible; lots of cows with bells and these are the famous "fighting cows"! Great stop after a long hike up a very steep hill. The view is incredible and worth the hike!
