We ate the Local tasting menu. We are disappointed because the flavors are not balanced at all. Raw shrimp grown in Switzerland, as they say, were completely inedible. This is one of the worst experiences in Michelin restaurants, because I had to dine in almost darkness, the table was not lit at all. It seems that the Michelin was awarded not for the food, but for the luxurious environment. The waitress who served us was completely unable to control the situation and started showing her superiority.

What a fantastic evening! We like to go out for star food (too? often, but here the quality on the plate was really excellent!
