The nachos left a bit to be desired with the chili on it, but the other 6 people with me all really enjoyed their lunch. We'd all certainly go back! Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but one in our party is and loved the veggie sammy she got. Kid-friendliness: The back dining area has no bar and a lot of cool decor. I'd go with my buddy and his 10 year old, for sure. Parking: Parking is a big lot right across the street. It might look like it belongs to someone else, but it's for Al's patrons Dietary restrictions: Something for everyone on a decent sized menu. Whenever I am in Altoona, Al's Tavern is a must-visit for me! They have some of the best food I have ever tasted. My personal favorites are the Baked Italian sub, wings, salads, and the Nona pizza. It can be tough deciding what to order with so many delicious options, not to mention the variety of beers to choose from. Al's Tavern is the best bar restaurant I have ever been to. I love it! And always remember to have a nice day damn it! Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 4.

The Strombolis at Andrew's are large and delicious. The service is excellent for dine-in dinners, with a price range of $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all rate a perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the wings. The restaurant offers plenty of parking with various options, including a free parking lot.

The food was excellent at this restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger to take away, but instead received a chicken sandwich. It was still delicious. The service was good, and I dined in for lunch. I’m biased because this is my hometown however, the food is outstanding. Service is outstanding. Guy Fieri would recommend this place hands down. Better food and prices than at his restaurants seriously, we’ve been there. This place would be on my list, if I knew it would be my last meal. Service: Dine in
