the young service team here is super nice and unobtrusively flott at work.We sat to the second evening layer comfortably outside in the winter garden. As an appetizer we had the yellow fin tuna tartar and the customs house blattsalat. then followed pappardelle with gorgonzola and the lammed Teriyake style. we had hazelnut porfait with blueberries and cream brûlée. what should I say? eating was the awesome! great kitchen performance, as was worked here with the textures and aromen. the lamb wonderfully tender, very fresh products, a yummie salad dressing, the hazelnut charfait totally flavored. I would never have been empty! We come back from this, you don't believe it!
we were eating with the family in the old customs house in westerland and were pure enthusiastic. eating and service from the finest - a culinary experience in short. thanks to the crew - we will be happy to come back!
