One of the most amazing food experiences I had in germany. It been a big surprise to find such a extraordinary, comfy and more then outstanding little restaurant for me in a small town like Neumuenster. It's more then a must to pay the amazing...cook Karl Ress a visit in his restaurant. You won't be disappointed !!!!! Fresh, regional food with a soft touch of the french, mediterranean flavor of the haute cuisine. Decent prices, lovely facility and a more then a outstanding food experience. Make you self a picture, you won't regret it.

What can you say about this exquisite restaurant! The atmosphere is superb, the service from making a booking to saying goodbye was very friendly, warm-hearted and welcoming. The menu is small but outstanding and offers such a variety that every taste should be satisfied. We...had the three course surprise menu and were delighted. The is purely the jewel of Neumünster. While some might consider Am Kamin a bit on the expensive side it is truly value for money and worth every Euro spent. We will definitely come again. .

We had a very pleasant evening at Am Kamin . The meal, the wine, the atmosphere everything was nice even the price. We have therefore made our reservation for next year.
