Am Stockske - Reservar una mesa

I was looking for somewhere to eat in Wegberg whilst staying in the town. I had read previous reviews of this bar and I was not disappointed, the portions sizes were good, an enormous schnitzel, with fries and a plate of salad, very filling. The...beer was good too, try the malzbier, I like it. The service was excellent and I managed on my limited German without a problem It was that good the first night I went back the following night. If there is a group of you I would suggest booking a table particularly at the weekend. Thoroughly recommended and if I am in Wegberg again I will be back.

Lived in Wegberg for about years and every time we visit it feels so special. The menu is a little bit restricted and It believe it does the place an justice. The complementary bread dripping and salad feel like a meal on their own....All the main courses are of a large portion but a really good quality. The only negative is if you change a choice within your meal you pay the same price as an extra portion not a change. We have taken dozens of friend to this restaurant and not a single complaint. If you are near Wegberg this is a must.

Good honest German pub food. Good meat dishes, including boar and deer when in season. The Dusseldorfer rumpsteak takes some finishing. Owner speaks English. Mains Euros.

Don't look further if you are looking for great food. This is as local as it gets. You'll experience some old pictures of the area in an overall dark look.

Excellent!! Great food and nice selection of drinks, really good value for money and atmosphere!! The owner is very friendly and speaks English.
