Amarin Thai - Reserva de mesa

The place smelt authentic as soon as you walked in the door. I could have been in Chang Mi if my nose was dictating my location. The food was really good and my Thai Omelette and her Green curry hit the perfect Thai spot.Unfortunately the Tom Yum Goong needs work. As a signature Thai dish it was bastardised like a lot of Aussie Thai. Tomatoes and sweet rather than sour ruined it for me - but it was still good enough to eat and not send back.I guess I'm fussy when it comes to Thai after travelling extensively throughly Thailand.But out of ten I would rate this restaurant 8 for food.Service was confused yet friendly. I think a genuine smile from a genuine server can compensate for any service...

Happy to recommend this Thai restaurant because of its quality service. There were quite a few in our group that has allergies and they were very accommodating to our request and we were not disappointed. The quality of the food was not compromised and still gave the authentic Thai taste leaving everybody full and smiling. There are plenty of car spaces on the street and at the back where main entrance is made the whole experience hassle-free. The restaurant appeared to be also very popular to locals. We looked for some favourite dishes we would have had elsewhere but was not found in the menu and traditional Thai desserts weren't on the menu either. But for what they have, it was very good!

This very very long established and once reliable Thai restaurant is now getting a little tired. The restaurant presents reasonably good Thai dishes that haven't changed much over the years, as has the restaurant decor itself.Centrally located with very convenient off-street parking on the adjacent roof-top parking (and below) provides for hassle - free access for nice but somewhat lack-lustre dining when compared with some of the Thai dining experience competition.Good and consistent but not outstanding - seems to have tired from its great past.

Two of us went there for a meal a few weeks ago and couldn't fault the restaurant. The food was delicious, it was delivered to our table quickly by attentive staff and prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back again.

Have been to this place a handful of times - very long wait times - last time waited for an hour and a half for the main course, average service and average food and they forgot one of our meals. Will not be returning!

This family run restaurant has been for ever ever in Subi - since mid 1970. Menu & the food has held their reputation. Could accommodate over 150 people which makes it a function menu.

We ordered a few dishes. All too sweet and taste all the same including the tom yum soup which supposed to be spicy and sour. Overall ambience and service are alright.
