Our server, Angie, provided us with insights into the chef's meticulous approach to preparing the dishes. I ordered guacamole and chips, lamb tacos, and sopapillas. Everything was flawless, and the blend of flavors created a remarkable culinary experience.

Ambli Global is probably my favorite Colorado Springs restaurant. The menu changes frequently enough to remain fresh. The dishes are innovative and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive. I have yet to be disappointed by this restaurant.

Disappointed that they don't encourage the tasting menu wine pairings that they used to do. I guess they have it once a week on Thursday now. Food still good but overall experience nothing like when we went in the past .

Ambli has started serving lunch. The menu is overwhelming Mexican fare. Not Tex-Mex so don't expect refried beans and Spanish rice. The food is more what you would find in the heartlands of Mexico. Excellent lunch. Reserva una mesa ahora
