Ok. Start by checking out the restroom and if you can 'stomach ' the condition of the room continue to ordering. We always joke about Chicopee restaurants that aren 't really good but everyone says: 'they give you so much. ' A whole lot of nothing good is not better than a smaller portion of not good. I had chicken parmesan not very good sauce was burnt tasting and I 'm pretty sure the chicken patties were deep fried. (And just a side note my fries were way hotter than my chicken. Matt had the lasagna. Meat appeared to be smashed meatballs and too much of it. And ricotta was definitely missing. Finally my office is enduring a problem with fruit flies this summer. Great food and friendly staff the owner was super nice and had me laughing like crazy, I will definitely Be hitting this spot up when I return. Also, I originally went to order a medium pizza and the owner told me a small would be enough for me and I appreciate the honesty because I ate on it for 2 days !

Pizza was cold when I got it and onion rings were soggy. I waited 15 minutes outside for the gentleman to come over to my car and I arrived 5 minutes later than the pick up time I was given. Food seems a lot different lately: quality doesn't seem to be as high as it used to. I ordered 3 takeout meals yesterday and the spaghetti sauce tasted weird /off and we didn't even eat it- we just tossed it. The chicken was a bit chewy also in the Francaise. The chicken carbonara was good.

The thin and regular crusts are fantastic! There’s an abundance of toppings, and they’re packed with meat. The pepperoni is high quality, and the sauce and cheese are perfectly balanced—not too acidic. I absolutely love them!
